You're in for it rough! The first time I saw Rough Fitness Instructor was actually the end of a long day of running and a few beers after. My buddy and I had done some research into kickboxing, and our local gym had one pretty decent workout room, with enough room to do a couple heavy exercises and still have a small table to roll around on and do videowork. So we get there and the woman at the front desk asks us if we want to sign up for a sport you don't see all that often. We look at each other and say "What sport?" She says "Rough Fitness Instructor"..
