As the title says, Old Grandma takes a pussy pounding on the couch. There is no other way to explain this movie other than it is hilarious as hell. I have seen this movie several times and each time am laughing so hard I can barely talk. With an old grandma that hulks out and tries everything she can to be the center of attention in her day, it's a wonder she even has any grandchildren..
