The title is borrowed from a czech film called Baba. In this movie, an old man who has lived in the same neighbourhood for several decades swallows a big dick when he catches his old wife having some 'private time' with her new lover. So big is his 'dick' that he swallows it whole! Though not entirely true, the legend has been passed down through the generations: if you are old and willing to swallow your husband's big dong, just ask him nicely; he'll gladly oblige and will even throw in a few hand jobs if you so wish!.
