"Old Smoker," a true specimen of Old Fashioned wisdom (or should I say Old Shitty Wisdom), along with his faithful Old Mother (the only one he knows and has confidence in), tells young Steve (players interaction is limited to a glance at his bulging bile ducts) that: "The only thing you'll ever find in a girl's mouth is an Old Slob That swallows his young." This is a statement, from Old Smoker's perspective, about the value of self-control, and what the old saying, "What you don't know might just kill you," really means. This is the truth, and it has nothing to do with whether or not Steve wants to date a cheerleader, because if he did, Old Smoker would probably kill him.
