"Spitroasted" (as my friend calls it), a term which I have coined to give a type of Asian facial treatment (pun intended) is a type of technique which is used to treat the face in much the same way as an ice cream treat is created for an ice cream parlor. It is performed by "covering" the face in a thick layer of browned ejaculate, followed by a layer of white sputum which is collected with a face mask or sponges. The end result is an Asian facial look, and often a mature Asian woman will perform this technique on unsuspecting Western men. It was not always this way, but recently I read that the "spit roast" has been adopted as a new term by the modern Asian women, to describe their technique..
