There are two good fitness clubs in Milford Sound and both have a unique selling factor. I am not sure if it is the push or pull factor that attracts people to these fitness clubs, but it seems to work for some folks and that is why we talk about them and give recommendations. The Fitness Clubs of Milford Sound has been in operation since 1983, when the owner, Ron Hill, bought a dirt racing track from a well to do gentleman who had built the track for his own selfish reasons. Ron was a hard core fitness freak who ran his own personal gym with over fifteen thousand members, and even today he continues to run this fitness club as a family business..
