The Madame of Europe is back for another visit, this time in Berlin, Germany; where Julia and her luxurious Benz should be roaming the streets of Europe's most romantic city dressed to the nines. As before, Julia is accompanied by her faithful servant, Amateur, who makes sure she looks just as divine on her big day as she does in her glamour and high heels. But this time around, the beautiful blonde European beauty will have to put on her stiletto pumps, because the newly-trained German plumber, Rolf, has gotten himself into hot water and the pair are stranded with only a bottle of champagne between them. Now, Amateur has got her eye on Rolf's bulge...and if Julia doesn't want to see Rolf get tied to the gutter, then it looks like the "amateur" might just become more than Julia bargained for!.
