It's about a group of young American girls (and one Canadian girl) who wind up in a small Eastern European country where they are forced to be the very first female police force. This forces them to go under the knife (literally) and to carry out their duty as the new girl police force. As the movie progresses we see more of the minds of these young women, and also how they interact with each other, the system, and with the other police officers they encounter on their journey..
