There's a lot of controversy online right now about an eleven year old girl who was sexually abused by her step mom. Many people are blaming the poor girl for letting herself be abused and for bringing shame on her family. While I personally don't believe that she was a role model for sexual abuse, I do think that this video is more than enough to show how important it is to educate your children's parents on how to deal with their own parents. Asking your step mom for advice is one thing...but asking her how she feels about something that you're not even sure if she's OK with could make you look very bad in front of your daughter.
