Stepmom Macey Jade has a big fight with Wrexs father that leads to them getting a divorce. Jade and Wrexs both want to save their marriage and keep their family as intact as possible. Their fight leads to Jade going to Wrexs house to check out his "dad" who is actually an actor, photographer, and martial artist called "Miguel". Jade accidentally gets into his home and finds out that he is being held prisoner in a bunker with other escapees from the government and military. In an attempt to get out, she plans to blow his cover and get into the bunker with Miguel, but Jade must first convince her stepmother and step-sisters that she can trust him before they will let her inside..
