A true mature woman (who happens to be a male) named Rachel was caught on camera while out at Target shopping with her 2 little girls. The camera was inside a doggy store and as you can imagine, this is a place that get's most of the complaints from the mother to be. Rachel decided to confront the owner about his treatment of her daughters and he quickly gets embarrassed, then runs off leaving in a huff.
