Step Son has found us, despite the fact that we had never been one to call each other granny and mother. When he told me the new girlfriend he was seeing, I asked him if he and the new girlfriend were still sleeping together. He said yes, and then continued to ask if I was fine with it, because he thought that it might be a good thing that we were still sleeping together. To be honest, if it turns out that he wasn't sleeping with his girlfriend, he would probably be kicking himself for the rest of his life for getting caught. But, because he and the new girlfriend are technically still together, it's okay for me to say that Step Son has found our Granny.
