Granny Laceys Black Meat Treat
Featured
In 2004, my grandmother retired and moved to Baltimore, Maryland. She stayed busy as a church volunteer and a babysitter for her grandchildren. Even at age eighty, she worked twelve-hour days at the Greek Festival, selling pastries and preparing food for the festival. She even grew a black beard. She's the inspiration behind Granny Laceys, and her recipe for a tasty black-meat treat will make your grandmother proud.
