The research on sexual dreams and older moms was conducted using a structured questionnaire called the SDEQ. This questionnaire measures the frequency and intensity of sexual dreams. Frequent sexual dreamers scored higher on the SDEQ than non-frequent dreamers. Their scores were also higher on the FRQ (Family Relationship Questionnaire), which measures family relationships.
