The Wild Party with Grandpa and Granny is a popular children's video written by Alison Snowden. The series features an ensemble cast of characters, including the pet parrot Polly Parrot, which is voiced by Alison Snowden. She has a strange habit of copying what people say and is not always a good choice for the audience. In series five, she was not present, but she did return in the sixth installment. The series also introduces Mrs. Duck, a duck living in a pond, who often appears during the picnic, in hopes of a bit of leftover food. A special episode of the cartoon featured her appearance in the episode "The Golden Boots".
